The Stonewall Top 100 Employers list is compiled from the Workplace Equality Index – the UK’s leading benchmarking tool for LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace.
Completing the Workplace Equality Index is a voluntary, annual exercise that enables employers to measure and improve their inclusion practice.
This year we had:
- 403 employers taking part from across the public, private and third sectors
- 79,040 employees responding to our Staff Feedback Questionnaire
- 282 Gold, Silver and Bronze Employer award winners
