We appreciate the knowledge that can be gained from attending conferences or seminars and you are able to request funding toward attending these, subject to business needs. We are dedicated to giving our people the time to learn and develop, so we give you paid time off to focus on your apprenticeship or programme.

We also offer an extensive mentoring and reverse mentoring programme and we pay for professional membership fees that are relevant to your role. There are regular opportunities for job-shadowing and temporary secondments to develop your career.
