Social Mobility Programmes at Brit

Brit partners with Business in the Community, African Caribbean Insurance Network, GT Scholars, SEO London and Code First Girls to deliver a variety of opportunities to young individuals from under-represented and/or low socio-economic groups.

Activities include - Insights Days, Mentoring and Networking Opportunities, and annually we offer a number of university students the opportunity to undertake a six-week paid Internship.

We're looking forward to working more with Code First Girls in 2023, as applications are now open to join the Spring 2023 CFG degree cohort. This year, we’re increasing our partnership so we can take on 8 candidates across Brit Insurance and Ki Insurance. As part of our partnership with Code First Girls, we’re delighted to be supporting three talented women who are embarking on their journey towards a CFGDegree with us this summer.
