Social Mobility at Pinsent Masons

We’re proud to have an active Social Mobility Champions Network, many of whom are role models throughout the firm, sharing their experiences and actively supporting and promoting the many initiatives we run through our 'Inspiring Young Lives' Community Investment, and Early Talent programmes. Widening access to the legal sector and supporting our commitment to creating an inclusive workplace where all our people feel they belong and can achieve their potential. 

We’re working on a Share Your Story campaign, where members of the network internally share their stories in the hope of raising awareness of the importance of social mobility. 

 To support our community investment work, we’re working with an organisation called Upskill Me, where relationships are built with schools, providing skills to disadvantaged children before they leave school and either go into the workplace or further education.
