We’re incredibly proud at Veolia and champion equality every day as we want to ensure that our colleagues’ can bring their true selves to work. Respect is one of our company values and is something that everyone has the right to in every workplace.

One way we’re helping to build our inclusive culture is through our dedicated inclusion committee EQUAL.The group covers a range of topics including gender, disability and many other interests to connect and drive change within the business.

For us this is a focus for us not only within Veolia but also within our communities. We are proud to have been involved in PRIDE in London in 2022, even having one of our trucks designed to celebrate PRIDE and be involved in the march alongside many of our colleagues.
