LGBT+ Network at Pinsent Masons

Our LGBT+ Group forms part of our wider Inclusion Employee Network and aims to create a culture of inclusion, covering all elements of sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression.  Their aim is to support the firm in creating an inclusive workplace where all of our people feel safe, respected and have a sense of belonging.

The network strengthens our support of Stonewall’s allies’ initiative, where we believe everyone should experience full equality at work. We want our people to be themselves, and proactively use their role to create a culture where this can happen.

One of the aims of the network is to provide confidential support and advice on LGBT+ issues to all our people. Through our Great Minds Mentoring programme, the team can work with LGBT+ Network members and Allies to facilitate reciprocal mentoring or to match junior colleagues with more senior LGBT+ champions so they can benefit from their wider experience.
