Here at Starbucks we offer a wide and varying learning opportunities, to support and enable the growth and the development of all partners.

One of our priorities is Inclusion and Diversity and bringing this conversation to the forefront of our partners mind through a blend of solutions.

Connections with partner to partner is at the heart of what we do and to ensure this we partnered with the organizational psychologist John Amaechi to make ‘Go Big’ conversations part of our learning curriculum. We also offer all new partners a 3-hour workshop on Anti Bias from our partner and SME in the field Diverse Matters. We are constantly seeking new innovative ideas working with experts in their fields to bring awareness and understanding for our partners, helping to create a culture of warmth and belonging where everyone is welcome.
