Gender Equality & Identity at DWP

DWP Women’s Network and Men’s Network:

The DWP Women's Network is a national overarching network.  It is for staff, run by staff, seeking to bring about an effective culture change to create a DWP that allows people to be themselves, be respected and go as far as their talents will take them.

DWP's Men’s Network works alongside the other staff networks to help shape the future of DWP, helping to address issues of gender across the department, men’s health issues, cultural norms and much more.

Menopause Awareness and Support Group:

This is a group for colleagues to share experiences, information and peer support while going through the various stages of menopause.
