Our flexible healthcare benefit allows for private Bupa healthcare to be extended to partners and children. Subject to the length of service, Taylor Wimpey offers an enhanced maternity pay policy that will cover your full salary for the first 3 months and 50% for the second 3 months and our paternity leave policy also covers our employees’ salary in full for the first two weeks of leave.

We recognise that returning to work after growing your family can be tough. It’s a big adjustment both professionally and personally. That’s why we offer a fully paid, phased return to work after maternity leave and internal coaching through our maternity returners programme.
