Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at British Swimming

We consider the aquatic disciplines provide “sport for all”.  They can and should be made accessible to everyone, to the greatest extent possible.

HOLDER OF EQUALITY STANDARDS

To support and supplement its objectives in this area, British Swimming (together with Swim England) has worked hard to achieve and maintain the Equality Standards for Sport, established by the Sports Councils as a benchmark for sports governing bodies to which they provide funding.

British Swimming is the proud holder of the Foundation, Preliminary, Intermediate and Advanced Standards for Equality.
