We are engaging third-party experts to assess whether the routes to ‘getting in’ and ‘getting on’ in Hays are truly fair, balanced and inclusive, share these results with our staff, and commit to delivering the changes required to realise our promises in conjunction with our Global and regional DE&I councils. We will build upon the introduction of inclusive recruitment and unconscious bias training in our own recruitment practices and continue to improve lives in the charitable endeavours we undertake each year as Hays staff.
