Last year, we joined Stonewall’s Diversity Champions programme to help us move forward on our journey to become a more inclusive workplace for our LGBTQ+ community. In November 2023, we submitted our application for Stonewall’s Workplace Equality Index. The Index benchmarks and recognises businesses committed to LGBTQ+ inclusion, and highlights areas for improvement.
We’re really pleased to share that in our first submission, both brands received a Bronze award! There’s still lots of work to do and we’re looking forward to working with the Stonewall team on our strategy and development areas over the coming months.
